Why This Permission Is Used

MemoFaceAI uses background processing (including a foreground service / background tasks where applicable) strictly to reliably synchronize attendance records with your organization's server.

What the permission enables

Attendance Sync: When the device has an internet connection, attendance records recorded locally are uploaded to your organization's server, even if the app is not in the foreground.
Reliable delivery: Ensures no attendance record is lost if the app is backgrounded or the network is briefly unavailable.
Boot persistence: After a device restart, the sync task is automatically rescheduled so pending records are still uploaded.

Background processing never accesses your camera, microphone, or location. It only transfers previously recorded attendance data to your organization's server.
