What is workforce visibility?
Workforce visibility is knowing where your workforce is, not only when someone marked attendance. Instead of a single in/out record at a door, it captures presence across locations and zones, covers employees who work remotely or in the field, and presents all of it as one view of your workforce.
How does MemoFaceAI provide workforce visibility?
Through two capture methods feeding one platform. Inside your locations, MemoFaceAI connects to the IP CCTV cameras you already have and identifies employees by face as they pass. Outside them, remote and field employees authenticate by face on their own Android or iOS device. Both produce the same kind of verified presence record in the same system.
Can MemoFaceAI use our existing CCTV cameras?
Yes. MemoFaceAI connects to existing IP camera streams, so in most cases no new attendance hardware is needed at the door. Each camera is registered with its location, whether it records entry or exit, and the department or section it covers.
How does CCTV-based employee identification work?
Employees are enrolled once with reference face images. Each registered camera then processes its stream, detects faces, matches them against enrolled employees for that location, and produces a recognition event carrying the employee, the camera, the time and a match score. Where the camera is configured for attendance, that event also writes an attendance record.
How do remote and field employees authenticate?
They use the MemoFaceAI app on Android or iOS. The employee authenticates with their face, liveness checking blocks photos and video replays, and the check-in can be bound to a geofence you define. The record lands in the same attendance timeline as camera events.
What is the difference between attendance and workforce visibility?
Attendance answers when someone marked in or out. Workforce visibility answers who is present, where they were last recognised, which zone they are in, and who is working remotely or in the field. Attendance remains part of the platform — it becomes one input into the wider workforce view rather than the whole picture.
Can MemoFaceAI work across multiple locations?
Yes. Cameras, zones, employees and mobile check-ins from every site belong to the same organisation account, so management can read one view across locations instead of reconciling separate systems per branch.
Does attendance still work the way it did before?
Yes. Face attendance, shifts, exceptions, leave, overtime and payroll-ready records all continue to work exactly as they do today. Adding CCTV-based capture extends where presence can be recorded; it does not replace the attendance capability.
Do I need hardware?
For mobile authentication, no — MemoFaceAI works on Android and iOS devices you already own, with no biometric pads or kiosks. For CCTV-based visibility, it uses your existing IP cameras; camera-heavy sites may need on-site processing capacity, which we size during a POC.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Mobile attendance captures continue without internet and sync when connectivity returns, which matters for remote sites, gate-level scanning and low-coverage environments.
Can it connect to payroll?
Yes. MemoFaceAI integrates with common HRMS and payroll systems to reduce manual preparation, and exposes APIs and webhooks for custom stacks.
Is the data secure?
MemoFaceAI uses AES-256 encryption, enterprise-grade access controls, and deployment flexibility for sensitive environments — cloud, private cloud or on-premise depending on plan.
How does the 15-day pilot work?
Run MemoFaceAI in your real environment for 15 days with up to 20 users, full features, cloud dashboard and mobile access. No credit card, no hardware purchase and no commitment. If it does not fit, you simply do not continue.
